We found this ship to be quite nice, clean, smooth sailing and service was great. Our room was mid-ship deck 8 and was quiet and comfortable. Entertainment was very good, much better than on past cruises (5 yrs ago). Staff was always pleasant and accommodating. Lots of hand sanitizer available throughout the ship. Given some of the negativity about Connie I was somewhat apprehensive. I am not sure what some folks expect but I have to say this is a wonderful ship with terrific staff.
