The cabin is fairly spacious with plenty of storage and nice bits like the charging station and pull out desk in front of the mirror. The lighting takes a bit to master when you have found the switch to the mirror lighting you have cracked it!. The main bug bare was the "Balcony" which in my opinion is not a balcony but a sea view (partially obstructed for my cabin) with a window the sometimes opens! it squeaks when opens and on many occasion needed a bit or persuasion and physical assistance to come down. As we were on deck 12 we did get the odd noise early morning 4-5am when sun beds were being moved but usually slept through that and you do hear the toilets being flushed in the adjacent cabins. The bed was comfortable and we had a choice of pillows which we made use of but ended up with about six different pillows in the cabin and each night it was guess which were the ones we slept on the night before. Concierge class Infinite Balcony 12216. We did get some noise coming from above, but not sure if it originated in Oceanview cafe directly above us, or on the deck above that from people moving chairs around. Anyway, it was not a major problem for us. Note this cabin has an overhang from the deck above which does block some light. We found the cabin a well designed space with plenty of storage for our 10 day cruise. The bathroom in particular was excellent - no bashed elbows or clingy curtain in the shower. Not 100% convinced about the 'infinite balcony' part though. The main problem for us was we like to take a quick peek outside in the morning; easy enough with curtains, but a real pain with a slow, noisy electric blind. The opening window was OK, but again very slow and noisy. I am not sure how reliable they are going to be. If your stateroom has the bed nearest the window, closing the sliding/folding doors really limits space at that side of the bed. We never closed them. Room controls (lighting/ac/tv/window/blind) are good and you can do a lot using the Celebrity app, although mine would not unlock the room door from outside. If you think you might want to use binoculars, bring your own; the pair supplied were useless. We were glad of the umbrellas though! Read Less

Cabin was beautiful. Different way of using “balcony” by clicking button for window up or down vs stepping outside and sitting on veranda. This wasn't a good vs bad thing. It was just different. We ordered room service almost every morning and had breakfast by window prior to leaving ship each morning. We were in a concierge class room but really didn’t see that it helped us anymore than being in a regular veranda room. We did receive a welcome bottle of champagne and supposedly had priority access to dining. But just rotated thru the four regular dining rooms and they made room for us each time. Loved Winston our cabin steward. Read Less

We LOVED this balcony concept. We spent a LOT of time enjoying having the cruise right in our room. Every time we came in the room for any length of time we rolled down the wonderful window and listened to the ocean rather we were sitting out there or not. We could enjoy it from our couch or our bed, not to mention just walk over and hang on the rail if we wanted. To us, it was worth the entire cruise to have the cruise come right to us! The only people that I might think might not enjoy it are people who really want to sit out there and smoke. (you really cannot do this because it is part of your room), or maybe people who want to be separated, though there were some glass doors you could pull shut to make it more like a separate area, we never did. It made our room larger. It made us enjoy every minute of being out on the ocean. The pull down shade made it really dark and great for sleeping. A little tough for the person who wakes up first as it is a bit invasive to open up the loud shade and have the light come in - to enjoy the ocean. But we didn't mind that too much for the trade off of having the ocean in our room! Read Less

The cabin was really really nice. The larger bathroom and shower was a welcome change. I no longer feel cramped in the bathroom, and you can actually have two people in there at the same time. There was way more storage space than I expected. The infinite veranda is a novel concept. I personally wouldn't opt for it again. I would either get a suite with a full balcony, or an ocean view room. It's not really a balcony. As many have said, it doesn't have that outdoor feel that a balcony has. The cabin was clean and the attendant was excellent. There are lots of high-tech lighting features that are really fun to play with. The room service was excellent. Read Less

Our cabin was on Port side floor 11 towards the Aft. The Magic Carpet is on Starboard. At each of our 3 ports of call, we did not see land out our balcony window. We later found out the reason is because the Captain likes to pull into port with Starboard facing the docks to show off the Magic Carpet. The cabin was mostly quiet, except in the bathroom you could hear voices carry from passengers in other rooms. I don't think that was unique to our cabin however. It was not bothersome. Our cabin steward provided daytime service and evening turndown service. Along with canapes he brought an extra fruit plate I requested (not just and apple, banana, orange, grapes and pear, but also another plate with pineapple, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew). He kept our room very tidy. We had a little bit of a language barrier, and I got the correct combination of feather pillows and cotton pillows for husband and I on about day 3. We had an Infinite Veranda. It gets too hot in cabin when you open the window and the A/C turns off. This is the only reason we wouldn't want to book an Infinite Veranda cabin again. Also a concierge perk is supposed to be a footstool but there was none because no room for one. Area is too small. Our bed was near the bathroom, and there was about 11 inches between bed and closet. Because of this I felt that for me and DH there was not enough storage. It took us a couple days to figure out, if you are the one sleeping near the closet you should keep most of your stuff in there, and the other passenger should use the dresser for their things, and hang up whatever stuff can't be folded. First few days we had suitcases out and living out of them so cabin looked messy. We needed to plan better how to utilize the storage space. We really missed the overhead cabinets from the Reflection / S-class of ships. Also should add that DH really enjoyed being able to control the room, lighting, and window shade with his phone. Cabin was is a CC with obstruction. Don't know exactly what the obstruction is - there was a support bar that didn't really affect anything and although you couldn't see the back of the ship because of the bump out, doesn't seem like an obstruction either. It was however noisy from above at night with chair movement, etc. Didn't affect me but it may affect others. Read Less
