Cabin was a C1 accessible aft, balcony was bigger than our kitchen and dining room put together, our room attendant Reynaldo was unbelievable, he just couldn't do enough for you. Read entire member review >>
We had Barbara as our attendant. She met all of our needs and more. The room is well positioned. We loved our balcony as always and this room is close to the stairs, yet very quiet. I am not sure about the pillow menu offered to concierge rooms .... The choices were not at all appealing. They could do with new pillows, but we were fine. Read entire member review >>
Our stateroom was perfect. It was clean when we arrived and our attendants kept it spotless throughout our stay. Clean sheets and towels in a spotless bathroom each day with beds turned down each evening and chocolates on the pillows - a touch of class!! There was no noise from the rooms on either side of us and there was no engine vibration or noise at all. It was so smooth that we couldn't tell when we docked early in the mornings and it was totally stable - no rolling or pitching at all.. If we hadn't see the sea going past, we wouldn't have known we were moving. Read entire member review >>
Good layout, lots of storage with lots of hangers and drawers.
Its obvious that it needs some refurbishment and because of this issue the cabin would have gotten top marks.
Bathroom very comfortable and with good storage
Ample shower cubicle the size of a bathtub.
Very quiet room, balcony smallish but quite private Read entire member review >>
Very nice, plenty of room. skip the hors d' oeuvre, stale crackers and unknown sauce.
Fresh fruit in cabin was nice.
Problem with the hot water in the shower. It kept changing temperature. We were told to run it very hot, and then it wouldn't feel so cold when temp changed. LOL Read entire member review >>
We had a balcony Concierge room and it was great. Our room was bigger than the Allure. Lots of storage space. Very clean and modern. No problems at all. Balcony was large. One of the best staterooms I have had. The cabin attendant was very nice but nothing compared to the lady we had on the Allure. Just seemed like an average cruise in an average class. Not bad but not something to be remembered. Read entire member review >>
We were in cabins 9162 and 9160 in the Concierge Class. These are both aft cabins. We’ve never sailed in an aft cabin before. WOW! They were amazing. The views were spectacular and the large balconies were an unexpected surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our balcony the entire cruise. We booked this cruise two weeks before we sailed. Travel agent snatched up these two cabins since few cabins were left. I would say book Concierge Class to have access to the aft cabins. We recommend staying in aft cabins on levels 8 or 7 to avoid some of the noise from the Sunset Bar. There was some noise in the mornings and late afternoons of chairs moving, but it wasn’t excessive or disruptive. The cabin was spacious. The bathroom was a nice size, including a good size shower. The linens were nice. Lots of storage and plenty of closet space. Our cabin stewards were Darkham and Nickola. They were incredible and very, very helpful! Two of the best we have had cruising. The cabins were always clean. The stewards were kind to honor requests for ice and shoe shine services. Fresh fruit was also in the cabin each day. Read entire member review >>
Loved the location near back of ship, due to proximity to Café al Baccio and Cellar Masters. The veranda was large and well maintained. Other than a small problem with the heating that was fixed, the cabin was perfect for us. Read entire member review >>
We were on deck 9 directly below the Ocean View Café and the bar behind it which means that you hear every chair being dragged over the deck. Overall I think that this was a minor annoyance. You could go 1 deck lower and avoid it if you want but that makes you 1 deck further away from the activity. The balcony on this room is not to be believed. One previous reviewer said it was almost as big as the room and they were not far off. There were no less than 4 chairs, 1 lounger and 2 tables and they were not crowded. If you were a person that just wanted peace and quiet, this is your location. As you might suspect, however, it was not completely private… I noticed no engine noise or vibration. I will also note, however, that there was little breeze (we had very calm weather). Otherwise the room was a bit tight but no issues, for the class of travel. Overall I would give the cabin a 9/10 for value and location. Most of the daytime action is on deck 10, one deck up and the dining room in directly below you. The buffet and aft tables are 1 deck up along with the aft facing bar. Read entire member review >>
What a balcony!! HUGE. It had a table with FOUR chairs, 2 lounge chairs and 2 side tables and still plenty of room.......Great view, no fruit on the deck from deck 10, very private. Read entire member review >>
Large Balcony three times the normal. In between suites so it is quiet and in a great spot. Next to the cabin is a "fire access' that staff only can access. They went out there to make personal phone calls a lot so this was annoying. Room was not kept clean our room stewart seemed to prefer to clean the suites. Read entire member review >>
Great location mid-ship! We had two cabins - 8118 and 8120 - which adjoined with a door in between. On the M-class ships, you are not able to open the partition on the balcony between the two cabins. Both cabins had the bed(s) away from the balcony, closer to the front door. Obviously, typically ship cabins are small, so the proximity of the Library to these cabins was great and provided a nice place to wait for everyone to take turns getting dressed for dinner. Lovely cabin. Very comfortable bed but the old clingy shower curtain despite Concierge level. The balcony is huge matching the suites located on either side of it. Highly recommend this cabin for quiet location and great views. Read entire member review >>
Nice balcony but if you enjoy sunning yourself on balcony choose a stateroom on a lower deck or different location. There is a large overhang, which provides shade (and privacy!) from above. Right downstairs from buffet but noise was never an issue at all. Read entire member review >>
The concierge class cabins on this ship are great. While the bathrooms aren't as nice as on the Solstice class ships, the bedroom layout makes more sense. There's plenty of storage space and space to spread out. Beds are old though but we asked for the egg crate topper from our steward and slept fine. Read entire member review >>
Concierge Class did not feel much different than a Veranda stateroom. The extra pillows and "afternoon savories" were a nice touch. Bed felt more comfortable than our previous cruise on Celebrity Millennium. Overall decently sized cabin that was more than sufficient for what little time we spent in it. I had selected room 9201 when booking from the deck plan. From the pictures it looked like the balcony was larger than the other ones in the same class. This proved to be correct. The balcony was almost as big as the main area of the cabin. Interestingly, being astern of the ship, the balcony was well protected and we never once had to deal with wind when outside. The actual room very nice and we appreciated the many storage options so that it was easy to keep tidy. Not having cruised before I can't really comment on how it compares to other ships or cruise lines.
Located at the stern and on a high deck we did notice more movement in this cabin than other areas in the ship.
There is a bit of noise from the lounge one deck above. When the balcony doors were open we could hear the entertainer and also whenever chars were slid across the floor. For us, this wasn't a problem but may be for others. Read entire member review >>
Concierge class, room 9064. Huge shower for a cruise ship, room well setup and appointed. Overhang from above did not bother us but would if you wanted to sunbathe on your balcony. Also balcony was small. Little noise from above usually early am. sounded like chairs being slid across the floor. Otherwise very quiet. Read entire member review >>
Cabin was very clean & well maintained although showing signs of a little wear in places.
The balcony view was slightly blocked by the overhang & supports from above
Being on deck nine & below the Buffet restaurant it was a little noisy at times
The cabin attendants were excellent & could not have been more helpful Read entire member review >>
We were in a Concierge class cabin. This type cabin comprises almost 50% of the cabins on the ship - so it is not as special as it sounds. There was more than adequate storage and the bathroom layout was very functional. The room is on the back of the ship - not between elevators or stairs so the traffic is limited to folks with cabins in that section. Read entire member review >>
Good closet space, ample bathroom/shower in concierge class cabin, balcony good size with full size round table for dining.
We had a foul smell for a couple of days on our balcony. They said they couldn't figure out where it was coming from but after a couple of days it disappeared. The same foul smell was around the elevators just outside the San Marco restaurant on the 5th floor which we reported when they called us about our balcony. We smelled that for a few days on and off at different times of the day when we went by to look at the menu. Read entire member review >>
A long walk to some activities but handy to dining room and buffet. Also did not get much foot traffic or deck noise. View was good, shaded from midday sun by overhanging buffet but not sky blocking like on deck 9. Read entire member review >>
Great location at the stern of the ship, with very deep balcony. Downside is that you may feel more motion due to the cabin location. Upside is that you're nearer the aft elevators which are not used as often as the others on the ship. Read entire member review >>
