Carnival Hawaii Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Lacking in so many ways

Review for a Hawaii Cruise on Carnival Miracle

This was our dream cruise that was canceled in 2020 because of the pandemic. The food was horrible except for the frosted flakes and the ice cream. The only thing I ate that was hot was some soup. The menue is way to exotic. Guys burgers was the best there was. We didn't try any specialty dinning though. Leaving the ship for almost every port was a hot mess. No communication as to what was ...

Anything but a Miracle

We just got back from Hawaii on Sept 30th and this cruise was anything but a Miracle. It started out with 4 sea days which wasn't so bad but it was not only a family vacation but also for my 10 year anniversary. There were about 28 of us in total. I had a stateroom on 1 and found out the first week that the cruise that had just disembarked the ship from Alaska had a lot of covid cases and that ...

CARNIVAL CATTLE CRUISE. Itinerary: LA, Hawaii, Honolulu, Guam, Malay, Vietnam, Singapore. Derek Johnson- Carnival Splendor cabin 1277- Oct5>30 2019. Many apologies about embarkation proceedings onto Carnival Splendor, at Los Angeles, long beach, 5 Oct 2019. Verbal platitudes are not enough. This explanation using my personal experience as 70 years old male typifies what occurred. Arrived at ...

We stayed the night before at a Marriott near LAX and took an Uber to the port the next morning. The embarkation in Long Beach, a disorganized three-hour lineup in heat, with no water and no place to sit down for the first two hours, was, in retrospect, a foreshadowing of the disappointing trip to come. It was as if Carnival staff had never done this before and was thus more concerned with ...

First cruise on Carnival. Twelve other cruises on different lines. We purchased a suite for this adventure. Just a joke that afternoon food was basically only served from 12 to 2:30. Really enjoyed standing in lines because Carnival is too cheap to keep dining choices open, while not having various eating establishments open for their patrons. It was great coming back from a shore excursion ...

Never again on the Legend!

We chose this cruise because we wanted to visit the Hawaiian Islands, and start in Vancouver so we could see the sites there. To the positive of Carnival, we went on a cruise with them last November, and loved the Splendor! We are not complainers, and usually only take reviews of ships with a grain of salt, because a lot of reviewers seem to expect so much!! However! This ship and cruise ...

Never Again...

While overall the cruise was pleasant because of the itinerary and the friendliness of the crew, If I had it to do over again I would choose a different cruise line. We have taken a large number of cruises and our history with Carnival has been hit or miss. We decided to try again because of this itinerary. When I filled out the necessary information for my boarding pass documents they had me ...

We were excited to go - as we had previously 3 times taken repositioning voyages across Pacific with other Cruise Lines...This one had a Great choice of route via Polynesian islands ... Unfortunately in the balance this ship had poor food , poor organization - virtually no port or travel information " Libray sent us the wrong books " , ask X as I have no information about this ... We sailed from Honolulu to Sydney and choose the Legend for the route. staying north and not going via NZ. The issues we encountered were, Extended queue for quest services for at least 2 days trying to fix various issues. Ridiculously high Alcohol prices and no drinks package The serenity pool was unusable for most of the trip due to what appeared to be sewage contamination. ...

Ship Disorganisation

We were invited to accompany some relatives on this ship, as they had never been to the ports or countries that the ship visited. The things that we remember most about the cruise ship, are all bad, except for the ports of call, where we did privately arranged tours, which were exceptional. Embarkation was terrific - put us in a really good mood to face the rest of the trip. We were among the ...
