Carnival Galveston Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Freedom

Our 27th cruise and typical Carnival experience. Friendly staff with excellent food on this ship. There have been a lot of cut backs, most recently cabin service once a day. You can request twice but that's a little secret since the cabin steward asks if you prefer morning or evening. Personally, once is enough. I organized both a slot pull and informal M&G and Carnival was very generous donating ...

Husband booked it for us 3 girls! My husband and I had been on this ship last year. This was a girlfriend’s cruise in which one was a first timer, a second timer/12 years ago and a gold member. Piano Bar-Stevie was great and lots of fun! The bar staff in the piano bar never smiled and Stevie would often have to holler for him over the microphone. One evening in the piano bar which was not very ...

We chose this cruise because we didnt want to go to Nassau or the Bahamas and we'd already been on the other two itineraries offered from Galveston. Also that the port was in Galveston and we could drive down in a couple of hours and save flight and hotel money. The ship is beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful. Well, up till you're about to walk off the ship for the last time, then i get ...

Another fun cruise with Carnival

This was our 5th cruise with Carnival, sailing from Galveston TX. We used the "faster to the fun" feature this cruise and it sure was a big advantage. We had expedited embarkation (we were in the first 100 or so people to go aboard)and all during the cruise had perks which benefited us.( cabin immediately ready and luggage delivered within an hour, shorter lines at the purser desk, and 1st on the ...

This is my 25th cruise and 2nd time on the Breeze. I didn't have a great experience on the last Carnival cruise so I was really hoping for a smooth sailing. We arrived at 12:30pm without a designated time since we are Platinum level. Let's just say I was on the boat in less than 20 minutes. I have never considered Faster to The Fun but after seeing the lines in Galveston, I would highly ...

Stayed at Comfort Suites on 89th street the night before. We drove so we chose a hotel at the ocean across from a beautiful pier. Hotel looked nice but the rooms weren't clean. Price was really good. Husband dropped me and the kids (ages 6, 8, 11 and 14) and all the bags off at the port and then parked at our prepaid EZCruise parking. Paid under $48 online for 7 nights parking and it was only 2 ...

We very much enjoyed our cruise overall. There were slight problems at first but out housekeeper quickly corrected everything and was very attentive to our needs throughout the journey. Yanti is a great housekeeper and very considerate of myself and my mother who was celebrating her 75th birthday. The ship seemed old and has some definite drawbacks and design flaws that create discomfort at ...

This was our very first cruise but we traveled with seven other family members that have cruised before. I wasn't sure I'd like the whole cruise experience but I loved every minute of it. Already planning our next adventure. We traveled with out three children ages 17, 15 and 12. They said it was the best vacation ever! As anyone with teenagers knows it can be pretty tricky with the boredom factor ...

My wife and I went on a cruise for our 13 year wedding anniversary. This was our first cruise and we had no idea what to expect. We chose Carnival because several friends recommended them. The embarkation process was somewhat lengthy, but expected with 3,400 people trying to board. We located our room and was very impressed with the size and layout. I got a balcony room and boy am I glad I ...

My husband and I just returned from a 5 day cruise on the Liberty. We loved the cruise and found the ship to be in good shape. ARRIVAL/EMBARKATION: We left Leander at 6:15 AM and arrived in Galveston around 9:45. My husband dropped me and the bags at the terminal curb then went across the street to park at Galveston Park N Cruise. Checking in was easy, and everyone working was super friendly. ...
