I had a very good experience on most of the ship. However, Guest Services needs to be thoroughly overhalled and managed better. Long lines are typical on the first and last days, therefore an increase in staff is necessary for those times to keep the waiting time down. This was our 5th cruise with RC. Age 57 and 51. Came in the night before and stayed in Miami. Took Supershuttle to Ft Lauderdale Saturday morning, got to the pier about 10:30 or so, check-in was fast, we had filled out all information online.
