Overall good experience on my wife and I 2nd NCL cruise. Surprisingly very friendly staff made up for some minor flaws in the overall experience. No matter what cruise lines we vacation with, each has its pros/cons.

Many cruises on NCL. First time in the Haven $8,000.00. I wanted something special. So I saved and thought I was getting the best. The Haven was wonderful.
