AWFUL: PADI service. We understand the policy of not serving kids under 12 years old. I would have given this cruise 5 stars but for the unfortunate boarding experience in the parking lot at Miami.....My husband and I got on very quickly (1/2 hour)....but then had to watch our luggage sit in the parking lot and not loaded until 6pm. This was our 50th cruise with Royal and by far the worst.
Boarding was a nightmare. I understand that there was no terminal, just a tent. That was out of Royal's control. But there were no Royal representatives to help on the dock.
