The food was inedible most nights. The small lobster tails came out looking like lobster jerky,

The "steak" was cut thin and full of grizzle. The first night I chose from the menu the "vegetarian option" and these things that looked like green hockey pucks came out on my plate. They tasted about as good as they looked, actually I think real hockey pucks would have tasted better. Unfortunately, that was not a fluke, it was a harbinger of things to come. The pasta was a gummy glob of goo (aren't these guys Italians?) and the buffet lines were really unclean. At the dining room breakfast the tables where not properly cleaned between seatings. The breakfast food was the best of the meals but was almost like IHOP ,nothing memorable.Towards the end of the cruise we ate off the boat any chance we got so we wouldn't be subjected to the dining on board. The specialty "Chinese " Restaurant that you paid extra for was a joke. Hey, at least they were consistent.

The cabin and spa staff where very nice but the lack of decent service in the dinning room and other public areas made this cruise unpleasant at best.
