Sail Date: Nov 2010
Cabin: Large Outside Stateroom (fully obstructed views)

I usually write reviews of our cruises, as I glean so much info from other people's reviews. This may be the first "negative" review I have done, although we still enjoyed our cruise.

ABOUT US: We are 63 and 62, recently retired, and quite active. We enjoy sailing, reading, golf, gardening, and doing as much travel as time, and money, will permit. We had just done B2B cruises on HAL (Alaska) and RCCL (Hawaii) in September for a total of 28 days, so maybe that affected our feelings about this cruise. This was our 17th cruise on all major cruise lines except Carnival. It was out 3rd HAL cruise.

WHY THIS ONE: We had just done 2 cruises in September, but found ourselves with an opportunity to get away in November, so we decide to do something to the Panama Canal. We tried to get on a Princess ship, but it was full. As we had enjoyed our previous HAL cruises to Europe and Alaska, we decide to do this one.

Cabin Review

Large Outside Stateroom (fully obstructed views)

Cabin HH

ROOM 4066- obstructed view, blocked by life boat. Full floor to ceiling windows allow some view and a lot of light, much better than an inside. We would take this cabin again.
