This was my 7th cruise on Carnival, and I think the best.. We stayed at the Inter-Continental in Miami on Saturday night and it was a very nice hotel, with-in walking distance to Bay Side market.

Got to the port about 11:00 Sunday morning and boarded as VIP, we were treated very nice, VIP is the only way to go... we sat in the lounge after check-in for about 10 minutes with free lemonade until they led us to the ship. was on the ship with some fish & chips by 11:30.
