Here my experience with Virgin for the first time 

The shore excursions are TERRIBLE 

I will never ever cruise with them again 

Princess and NCL are sooo much better 

Don’t loose your time here  that may the reason the boat is 1/3 of the capacity 

Ahh one thing more don’t loose your time complaining to the Sailors service 

They basically don’t even listen to you when they do the answer is “it is what it is” so again TERRIBLE 

The food very fancy but NOT good 

The coffee TERRIBLE again 

The water even worse 

I never seen a water so bad like here in this cruise 

The app is good when works of course 

The only restaurant that it is okay is the wake the rest are horrible 

The cabin we need to ask them to clean and they don’t replace the towels if you don’t explicitly ask for that 

Not sure what else can be worse than that 

The lack of sympathy and I really don’t care about your complaints is what makes me so surprised
