Sail Date: May 2023
Cabin: Large Balcony Stateroom

We chose this cruise after having sailed Royal Caribbean and Carnival for many years, expecting a “higher end” cruise considering the price. We paid almost triple once it was all said and done, and received half the service as other cruise lines. The good: the cabins were a tad bit nicer than some, but it was minimal. They did offer specialty dining and the steakhouse was great. The port of call itinerary was good. The bad: the ship was WAY overcrowded. Reservations for shows were sold out before even getting on the ship. We were not able to do any comedy shows at all. The food at the buffet and other restaurants was subpar. There is ONE POOL on this whole ship that is supposed to accommodate 4k people. It was awful. You cannot even navigate the pool deck. Public areas bathrooms were filthy and smelled horribly the entire time. Not a beach chair in site at any point if you don’t get up at 7 AM and put your stuff on one. They nickel and dime you for everything. Staff was rude. Elevators were impossible at most all times. For the $$, we expected an amazing cruise and it fell short in SO many ways.

Cabin Review

Large Balcony Stateroom

Spacious and bed was comfy but shower had mildew all over it and room smelled wet.
