My wife and I chose the Carnival Liberty for our Honeymoon cruise, mainly for the itinerary, but we'd also seen how highly the ship was rated.
Embarkation was very smooth in Miami. The shoreside staff was great and we were on the ship by 11:30AM. The ship is absolutely beautiful...probably the nicest decor of any Carnival ship I've been on. Everything was so bright and colorful.
The food in the dining room was wonderful. Everything was excellent! We tried Harry's Steakhouse one night and it was, by far, the best steak I've ever had. The service was amazing, too.
