Unfortunately this was the worst experience for me and my family on a cruise ship.

Since the moment we got to the terminal it was a complete chaos. It took us 1 and a half hour standing in the sun just to get into the terminal because of a “system problem”

The ship ran out food, ice creams, cheesecake, hamburger buns, coronas, Baylee’s, etc. Dinner at the buffet one day was pizza, salad and hash browns, yes hash browns, no protein at all not even for the pizza even though you could see the ham, chorizo, etc but when asked to get some I was told that it was not for us, it was going to the “Yacht club”.
