My family and I toke a MSC CRUISE in 2019 and I was in love , my favorite cruise ever !!!
Same ship : seaside … now we didn’t have a good experience at all ..the ship is beautiful but the service was terrible and employees very rude …
number 1- they change my room and my luggage of course has the old room number … no body know what happened with our stuff till I remembered and I had to walk all the ship looking for my stuff around 7:30 pm .
