We love Jimmy Buffett so thought this would be a great idea for a getaway. Well our waitress and waiter were amazing at JWB steak house. We had only plug so had to take turns charging our phones. We paid for Wi-Fi that we could not use. All of our food tasted like seafood and the water was horrible. For some reason they think it’s a good idea to have the safety meeting after everyone has been drinking for 2-3 hours. They tell you they need a card for incidentals for the room, okay but then you have to charge everything to your room. Then they charged us 3 times for a tip instead of 2 for the massages we received. Instead of charging for fuel in the package they charge it to your room. So please don’t think you will be coming with cash to pay for things on the ship because that is not the case. We ended up with a 600 dollar bill on top of the package we paid for. Now the Grand Bahamas was amazing everything was included in the package. This ship needs major updates and renovations. The people are super nice but keep in mind they all speak different languages so communication can be hard. Not to mention they explain nothing.
