This was our first Disney cruise and it was a lot of fun! We had very high expectations because of the price, of course, and we’re leaving the cruise feeling that most of those were met! The service was of course exemplary, as to be expected. Everyone we met was nice and kind. Of course, this has been our experience on other cruise lines as well.

TIPS- Disney people are outgoing, friendly, but also quite ruthless. You have to book everything right at midnight once your window opens and everything sells out. If you want to do any activity on ship you need to que up early. At least 15-20 minutes before any character meets, shows, etc. You DO NOT need to be early for dinner. 5 minutes late to dinner is best. If you cannot book something or it’s showing sold out before your cruise- keep checking! Even once you board there are sometimes extra spots that won’t show online

Embarkation- left out of port of Miami. This was as expected honestly- I expected a lot of waiting, yelling, and disorganization from the port and I was not disappointed. We used the Disney transport from our hotel (the EB hotel and it was a cluster, got us there way before our PAT so we had to wait a while. But I anticipated that so we were prepared.

Cabin Review

Our cabin was very comfortable. Tons of storage and the size was really nice. Loved the split bathroom! That was so nice for our family. The beds are wonderful.

Port Reviews

Castaway Cay

Castaway Cay was the perfect beach day! There are a few non-beach activities too for families to enjoy. Plenty of seats, umbrellas, and fun!
