not cleaned properly - shower had dirt and dust in door rails - no flannels unless requested - daily clean (or wipe round) only. sheets and pillow cases only changed once in 14 days 
cabin very small - and not pleasant to stay in very claustrophobic

if you could book a trip these all appeared good value for money - however two months before departure quite a few of the trips were fully booked

Now this is peculiar to me and may be controversial however I do smoke - not to excess but enjoy this after a meal - only two smoking areas on deck 18 (so quite a trek) - unpleasant area with poor wooden uncomfortable seating for the duration of this cruise (14 days) the bar on deck 18 was closed apart from three days VERY VERY POOR AREA - I appreciate that if you are a non-smoker this will not apply but I would have thought that a smoking area at the backof the ship that is furnished and pleasant to sit in would be nice

7 Value for money - not for me I paid full price for this cruise (£2230) which I was happy to do at the time however found it a real micky take that people had exactly the same cabin or a better balcony cabin w(full cabin) and paid £675 for the fortnight - these people obviously found that the cruise was good value for the money paid - I however did not

8 Everything appeared to be a cost extra - talks given by spa staff  etc were not entertainment but sales pitches!Buffet food - only went once but that was enough - badly laid out so if food was warm to start with by the time a table was found it was cold - needed to clear table from prior passengers before you could ear

4 food on deck 8 was good again a self serve but cooked on demand
