Loved Virgin airlines so wanted to try cruise. Very disappointed overall. Nice rooms, clean ship, tons of food options but lacking in service, execution and care airline provided.

Service was subpar. We were constantly ignored and they didn’t do the things promised. It was our anniversary. We don’t drink so they were supposed to give us a cake at dinner, never happened. I would go to the galley to eat and wait 15 minutes before I would be waited on. Not because they were busy, as the ship was only half full. The staff would be talking and laughing with each other. A management type people would see you and just look at you and not even speak or ask to help. Then when you contact sailor services for resolutions to issues, NO RESPONSE. I’m still waiting for responses for messages I sent on the ship!

The food was descent when you could get it. A lot of the excursions were sold out and there appeared to be more staff than sailors on them which wasn’t cool. Overall the experience was really subpar and disappointing.
