We have been with MSC Divina from 27th January 2023 on a 10 night cruise through caribbean and south america. It was the worst experience we had so far with MSC and we were before that on couple different MSC cruises and ships.

The ship itself has a beautiful design and a lot to offer. Embarkation in Miami went smoothly and without any problems. We went straight to the buffet restaurant for lunch, which was half closed, which can happen on the day of embarkation. Unfortunately, however, it was consistently closed halfway through the entire cruise. However, the ship was fully booked, which was indicated by a sign at the reception and which was noticeable everywhere. Accordingly, it was always full in the restaurant and it was difficult to get a free table.

In the restaurant with service there were long queues at lunchtime, although many tables were visibly free and prepared. When asked why this is so, the manager replied smugly that everything has a system and I shouldn't ask critical questions. In the evening there were three table times, a waiter had to serve three tables at the same time, which meant long waiting times and often the wrong food. However, the food itself was quite ok and of good quality.
