This was a bucket list cruise, to see New Zealand and some of Australia. We enjoyed really good weather, even a little cook at times in NZ. The crew was excellent, from our cabin attendant to our wait staff in the dining room, to staff at every venue. They work so hard, yet always have a smile when you talk with them. The food most of the time was excellent, although a little bland at times. Cooking for so many likely impacts the amount of spice and seasoning the chef can use. Food in Manfredi's could be improved. Some dishes there were excellent and others just so-so. The spa was really enjoyable and a relaxing place to go. Our cabin sttendant was quick to get into our room when we'd leave for a meal or activity, wo it was always ready for a nap just to rest our backs. I would recommend this cruise to anyone and will definitely sail the ocean with Viking again.
