Custumer service is the worst on this ship. Nobody take responsibilities for mistakes and they're not willing to help you right away. I travel with a friend with a medical condition and couldn't have alcohol. I wanted to have the alcohol package. We couldn't buy 1 alcohol package for the room at the discounted price of $84 a day even though we had proof my friend couldn't drink. We had to purchase 2 packages or they would let me purchase one at the normal price $100. So as you can see they don't even respect families with medical issues. I payed $206 for internet. Supposedly you could be able to stream and go on the socials. But it didn't work in the rooms. And in stead of refund you for their lie, they just offered to give us 20% back. I'm grateful for Gabriel and Danny our food staff. They did go above and beyond to help us with our dietary restrictions. And Mikayla the best photographer in the world, that put up with our crazy pictures request But this crújalo should really train their staff better in how to be of help for the custumer, in stead of becoming a problem for the custumer. They completely ruined my vacation. It felt like 9 days of torture than fun.
