We really wanted to visit Budapest and travel along the Danube River. Really enjoyed the locations that we visited and the excursions provided at each port. We prefer the walking tours and area explorations more than the driving bus tours through the towns. Had a day of low water at the beginning and the end, but everything went smoothly, and we saw all of the cities. We just had one canceled excursion. The weather was perfect for dining on the aquavit terrace which was our favorite place to dine and where we met some wonderful friends. Enjoyed the expanded wine selection available through the silver spirits package. The staff was wonderful and took care of everything we needed, provided answers to questions and accommodated all requests. The only thing that would really be a negative was that the ride from where we had to dock the final night to the airport was over 2 hours and made the early morning departure to the airport really early. We now know we will always stay one more day before flying home.
