This was our 2nd Viking cruise. We love Viking. They take great care of you and we don't have to worry about details!

I was a little disappointed that we didn't see more of Paris. It had been many years since I had been in Paris and we were disappointed that we only had about 3-4 hours to drive around. Our bus driver dropped us off near Notre Dame and then he got lost and couldn't find us which caused us to be over an hour late to return to the hotel. We had signed up to go to Versailles in the afternoon and didn't have time to eat lunch before we left. But we managed.

The only other negative comment I have is there wasn't enough free or shopping time in a lot of the ports. The travel guides we had were in a big hurry to get to all the destinations and we didn't have any free time to explore. The way to avoid this in the future is to not take the tour in the towns and explore on our own. Live and learn! Read more
