We had previously been on 5 Viking Ocean and River Cruises and thoroughly enjoyed all of them, even the ones during the height of the pandemic. Landed in Munich and was met by a personable and helpful Viking Representative and informed that due to low water levels on the Danube, we would be bussed from the airport to the ship in Passau, rather than going to Regensburg. The brief trip through the German countryside was very enjoyable and the guide on the bus was very informative about what we were seeing as we traveled to Passau. The food and service on the ship was "5 Star" and the staff very friendly and helpful at every port of call. Thoroughly enjoyed this cruise as the previous cruises. We are now booked on a Viking Expedition Cruise of the Great Lakes from Toronto to Wisconsin in May of this year and again, thoroughly looking forward to the experience and service.
