We are platinum cruisers with RCL so we've been on a fair amount of RCL ships including Oasis and Harmony. We've always felt RCL provided good value for the price in terms of the overall experience, customer service, quality of the food, features of the ship, etc. However, our cruise last week on RCL's newest and currently largest ship in the world has caused us to conclude RCL standards have come down on multiple fronts though it may just be the Wonder that has these issues. Anyhow, here things we felt were "good, bad and ugly" on our cruise to the Easter Carribean:

The Good:

- Ship is new, beautiful and clean as you might expect. They have made several design improvements on the layout of the ship compared to other RCL ships in this class and for the most part these are good and beneficial such as layout of the pool deck and the larger Windjammer.

Cabin Review

Our ocean balcony cabins were great. Much improved design vs other RCL staterooms we've had. Very comfortable beds although we had to make some effort to get flat pillows to replace the over stuffed standard pillows. But this is a personal preference.
