Chose this cruise because of the destination. Apart from the ship being very tired, the crew are not as accommodating as previous cruises, this was echoed by several other guests. The room attendant assigned to our cabin never turned up when asked for a pair of scissors, the rudeness of bar staff was jawdropping, and we had serviettes thrown on our lap by waiters. There were no shuttles upon our arrival in adelaide and when i asked crew members where the train station was they had no idea.

The food is good so far, the entertainment is average and activities are very limited.

I have cruised on several ships and never had to write a negative review, but am so disappointed with grand princess, and so are fellow cruisers.

Cabin Review

Average cabin and small bathroom area. Beds very comfy.
