We chose NCL over some others mainly for the Entertainment. Big mistake! Please do not cruise with NCL. They will treat you with no courtesy. First we departed late from NOLA, which caused us to arrive late at other ports so two of our excursions were canceled. Second our a/c went out in our cabin it took almost two hours for them to respond. The food was bland unless you ate at a specialty restaurant. The bars were crowded took on average 10 minutes to get a drink. We had full body massages and felt worse for a week after. We brought our concerns to the attention of the house manager with no result. We did enjoy the ports thus the second star. Please spend your money elsewhere! The crew did not make any special effort to help with anything. Sheehan's was ok if you order room service they grab the food from the buffet so go get it yourself.
We had an aft facing balcony which had a larger balcony so that was nice.
