Went with Marella to the Caribbean because they included Xmas day and New Years Eve which other cruise lines did not. There was chaos at Birmingham Airport as there were two Tui flights flying to Barbados within twenty five minutes of each other, queued over one and half hours to check bags in. Poorly organised. This then caused queues at Security and on top of that flight nearly two hours delay in taking off. On arriving at Cruise terminal more long queues.

Food was below par poor choice in main restaurant and lunch and evening meal in Buffet. They did redeem themselves in the Italian Restaurant which was very good.

The bars were undermanned and service was very slow on times. On three separate days they had no draught beer(including New Years Eve) they run out of many brands of bottle beer.
