Chose this ship because the concept - smaller ship with more intimate spaces looked great. The entertainment and specialty dining options really sold us.
However, all specialty dining was sold out before we even got on. All entertainment was sold out by the time we boarded. I’ve been in line for 30 minutes at guest services several times and just keep getting conflicting messages and sent on a wild goose chase.
Getting a drink takes 30-45 mins.
