We chose this cruise because we had heard good things about it and it is one of the more popular cruise lines and we got a good special. But the second we got on the cruise was slam packed. So crowded so tight. Everything they did was so unorganized and so dysfunctional. The rooms were modern in design but felt very cheap. Dining was the worst experience. The food was not good and the experience would take almost 3 hours some night from start to finish with very few servers rarely even checking in on you to even refill your water. I have been on 3 different cruise lines all in which the food was a lot better. The staff as a whole were not the best. Some we interacted with were amazing but the vast majority of them were rude and not helpful. Some were very rude for no reason. The getting on and off process was the worst I have ever experienced. There was so much disorganization it was infuriating and took such a long time. I would never ever recommend this cruise line again. From top to bottom our entire party did not enjoy this cruise there were so many things we just did not enjoy that Royal Caribbean, Disney, even Princess did so much better. We had several packages such as ultimate beverage package but at every turn it felt like they were trying to charge us for every little thing and not in a cheap way. To summarize this experience as a whole in one word would be Dysfunctional. I would not recommend this cruise line ever.
