Sail Date: Dec 2022

We chose this cruise because we have loyalty status with MSC and this sail date worked with our vacation schedule.

Service- I’m not going to repeat the complaints from the other posts about the service on the ship. Day 1 on Seascape was delayed and disorganized because of something that happened on the previous sailing. Service after day 1 was great.

Food- we liked it. The lobster, shrimp, and filet mignon in the main dining room were delicious. Pasta and pizza on the buffet line were delicious. The only day we encountered crowds in the buffet was on Day 1.

Cabin Review

New ship, so the staterooms are clean and shiny. There is a button you can press when you’re ready for the attendant to make-up the room. Our room attendant figured out our schedule very quickly and was very prompt in getting the room made-up while we were out of the cabin.
