Experience on the ship was ok. Getting on and off was a complete nightmare. We had a suite on the ship which had priority benefits. Priority was non existent. We traveled with friends that did not have priority and they got on and off the ship way faster than us. Going on the ship we ended up in a room with other priority people, we sat there just to be ignored for about forty five minutes. We finally made it on and everything was ok. The pool deck was fun but we thought they should play music between the little bit of entertainment they had. We booked an excursion, was ok also but was not told it was 1.5 hours each way in a hot van. Getting off the ship was 2.5 hours long. They had “priority “ sit in a room for over an hour and a half just to finally get escorted out and dumped in the regular line to wait for more. Our butler was great, the food was great. The staff was friendly our suite smelled very musty.
