My husband and I were celebrating our 30-year anniversary and my retirement so we decided to take a 3-week trip to Europe which included this cruise. We loved the ship, the itinerary and the overall cruise!

The arrival at the Rome cruise port was a bit of a mess but I don't believe that this is Royal Caribbean's fault. Our driver was not allowed to take us right into the embarkation area but instead had to drive us a short distance away so that we could take a free bus to the ship. We had a lot of luggage so this was inconvenient and seemed unnecessary.

The embarkation process was quick and easy and before we knew it we were exploring the ship. We have been on all of the Oasis class ships multiple times but this was our 1st time on a Quantum class ship. We thought it was beautiful and loved the venues and the layout. The crew worked very hard to keep the ship spotless and to make every passenger's experience the very best!
