I love Norwegian and have been sailing for years. This new ship however was horrible when it came to dinning or trying to get to any of the shows, games or anything else that was planned for the day.

They made the deck around the outside fantastic! But by doing so this made the restaurants smaller leading to IMPOSSIBLE to get a reservation. I had 3 specialty dining credits for the ship, But unable to use them because of lack of reservations. Buffett on this ship is absolutely horrible. The 3 main dining rooms that were supposed to be open breakfast, lunch , Dinner were always closed at the same time making you go to the buffet or The Local. The Local was horrible for the space and the service. 35 minutes to get eggs and oatmeal is horrendous. Our waiter never returned after taking the order. All games were held in the theater which is way smaller then the other ships but you needed a reservation to watch or participate in the games. 2 1/2 hrs to get wheelchair assistance off the ship. 3hr wait to get on the ship. (winded up walking) They had NO wheelchairs to get on the ship. No one to push the wheelchairs when returning.

The room (Balcony on the 12th floor) was fantastic with space, Shower was a lot bigger. Steward for our room was fantastic. The staff of the rest of the ship had no clue what they were doing, Specially In The Local.
