Two of the ports (Haugesund and Lerwick) were missed due to high winds. But our purpose for the cruise was to visit Iceland, and those ports were great! Food was average and service was great. Arriving without luggage from flight was annoying but the ship tried hard to accommodate our situation. The transition from COVID-intensive to normal cruising is happening slowly and still impacts expectations. Would like to see voyage specific clothing (like T-shirts) available in the shops. ENCORE and Down on the Bayou shows were as good as in the past but the production staff were not the best. The new reservation system for dining is excellent and quite flexible and allows for private or shared meal experiences. The Medallion system is very friendly and we liked having our door unlock as we approached and for the ship staff to recognize us when we made a purchase or arrived for dinner.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Mattress was about worn out and caused hip pain at night. Drapes were so worn that the midnight sun shone through the holes. Sometimes no hot water, and late in the cruise it was difficult to adjust to warm. But it was clean and well maintained
