Having cruised many times with P & O I was very disappointed with this cruise. Whilst I don't need my bed turned down, I would like the stewards to check if you need clean towels, they only come once a day now. Two restaurants were shut and the library due to lack of staff. They need to overhaul the shopping on board and cater for the clientele they have now who don't want really expensive handbags and jewelry. Food options are down on what it was and no Captains cocktail party. Lots of little changes for the worse. No face cloths, no Toiletries in the cabin. In general the ship looks a bit tired, could do with a makeover. Why is Guernsey still a port calling? 3 different cruise attempts now and still not been there as they couldn't take the tender in so another sea day. All in all not why I take a cruise.
