3rd cruise to Alaska, brought 2 Granddaughters. Rooms were Great. Ship was Beautiful with tons to do on Board. Main Dining food was very bad. Steaks were tough, grisly and way over cooked. Asked for medium rare twice and received well done. Then one waiter kept arguing that I had to have it cooked that way. Anytime Dining also. Complained to head waiter one night and received an I’m Sorry.

What happened Royal?? Received Superb food at the specialty Restaurants, but you have to pay extra for those. I’m a Diamond Member with Royal and have cruised more than 16 times. Jamie’s Italian should not be a Specialty because the food there was mediocre at best. Should put Izumi in Jamie’s place. It was always packed and food was the Best.
