We chose this for the Holy land component but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Didn’t find this out till one week before we were to depart. We decided to go anyhow and Viking was very gracious with shipboard credits and future cruise credit. The staff was amazing and attentive. No problems at all! Food was phenomenal! We are vegetarian/pescatarian and the chef always worked with us on our food options. The boarding process was long and tedious. After such a long flight, it wasn’t a good start. Hopefully once Covid is behind us, things will move along quicker. There was a good amount of excursions to choose from and they were worthwhile. The tv/internet was not always the best. Our cabin was excellent., bed was very comfortable . Very glad we upgraded to the jr penthouse. Loved the bathroom and the laundry service included was fantastic! We will always use Viking. Worth every penny!
