Having cruised 5 times, twice on the Britannia this was a bit disappointing, to cut a long story short, in summary it was short staffed and the staff worked so hard to please but a loosing battle, we had to leave and miss desert many times to get to the entertainment.

The booking of restaurants and entertainment through there app ruined the experience.
