We choose. this cruise because of the price, we had been on the Princess in November 2021 and on Holland America in February 2022 and felt very secured in not getting COVID 19 everyone was required to wear masks when indoors, ,and you had to be fully vaccinated. So when we saw the price for this cruise we decided to take it.This cruise you had to be fully vaccinated but where not required to wear masks when indoors and on elevators.I found it very interesting that the crew was always wearing masks indoors and outdoors. It goes to show you, you get what yo pay for.We had to wait on line for about two hours just to board the ship on June 4th 2022, and that just got us in a foul mood. We purchased their Wi-Fi program which was terrible very slow and kept loosing the internet and had to keep rebooting my phone. We made dinner reservations prior to boarding the ship with the Princess app and that never worked so every night we had to wait on line for a table. The breakfast in room menu was limited and there were days when they ran out of bananas, prune juice and other dry cereals. The bar service was slow I would wait at the bar sometimes 5-10 minutes just to order a drink. The worst part of the whole trip was when we got home we both tested positive for COVID 19.
