We chose this cruise because it was a new ship and and new company for us to sail with. The breakfast was a disaster, we were told that the full English was going to take too long, so were a couple of other choices, so we chose the toasted sandwiches, they were ok, but some of ours were lukewarm, when we did eventually have the full English on the final day, they messed the really simple order for the 4 of us up, and it was just ok, but Wetherspoons is better, so you get the idea.Some staff seem to walk around with their heads down not wanting to get eye contact to serve, this was throughout the day and evening and was very frustrating. I can’t quite put my finger on the layout of the ship and why it didn’t flow for us, others probably loved it. But we thought some of the things the ship had compared to others were a great addition, others missed the mark. Over all, we were all underwhelmed .
