From start to finish, the process to get on and off the boat was painless and pretty fast. The app needs quite a bit of work. There is a lot of conflicting information and it is not the best when it comes to being user friendly. There was a lot of miscommunication between the staff on and off the boat. We took into consideration a possibly new crew, but we had issues with required items that we were told we didn’t need by the boat workers and ended up having to go through a longer process due to not having it when we tried to get back on in Nassau. We were not impressed with most of the food in the main dining, it was just OKAY. There were some plates that were good but the majority was not pleasing. No flavor seemed to be the trend with a lot of entrees. We were extremely disappointed by the lack of flexible food options that were available on the boat between breakfast and dinner. It was also frustrating to pay for so much extra (most food not including the buffet and main dining). The entertainment options were good 2/4 nights- a lot of repetition and could use improvement with diversity.

I would absolutely not recommend the excursion Essential Nassau Sights and Flavors. The description for it is very misleading. We were taken around the island in a bus and it was essentially an advertisement ride. We were shown Atlantis and where everything is located for it along with what’s offered. Most of the tour was about the locations of the current buildings like the hospitals and bridges of the island. We were shown the forts, which were cool but there was not a whole lot of historical information given. It was basically a “if you come to Nassau this is where you can buy stuff and what we have to offer.” Not pleased with spending $90 on it. The highlight of the tour was the distillery where you can purchase Rum.

We had a GREAT time at Cocoa Cay. The water park was a ton of fun and the beach was gorgeous! This was definitely the highlight of the trip. There’s lots of activities to do and it was quiet and clean and just an overall great vacation spot.

Cabin Review

Cabin was nicely prepared- no problems with it.
