It was bad...never again will I cruise Carnival Magic and probably not Carnival again until they remember that the customer is why they are in business...their customer service was the worst. On top of that the shows were just an grade above a high school musical and the food was bland and tasteless. The port service started it out wrong by literally yelling at customers on embarkation and disembarking. The luggage service was screwed up worse than a football bat...two hours to get luggage after getting off the ship... Not a good experience all. If this would allow me to do it I would give them a zero rating on everything but the cabin steward....oh and the cruise director...don't know how he got his job but he needs to retrain...I have sailed Carnival before and this is definitely not up to theirs or any hospitality industry standards...completely unacceptable to treat customers like they did...Do not sail on this ship and possibly rethink Carnival as a whole.
Our steward, Kadek, was the only gem on this cruise...he was awesome. They need to use him to teach customer service.
