The ship looks nice and well equipped. We were on several cruises before with Celebrity and Royal Caribbean, but due to COVID-19 pandemic this cruise was the only option for us to have our vacation in the gulf. The ship and our state room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was kind. I didn’t like foods and it took long for being served in the restaurant. There were some safety measures due to COVID19 pandemic, but some of them where unreasonable and illogical (I’m a physician so I’m aware of this). Unfortunately some shore excursions was canceled before the cruise. We were informed that it will be refunded on the ship. Unfortunately the staff had a different information about it and we had to contact the travel agency. The refund is not automatic and it will be (hopefully) transferred back to our bank account later on. We got several other misinformations from some staff members and it seemed that they are not always aware of what to do or what to tell to travelers.

The cruise was good but I expected more and better services. Maybe my expectations were higher based on my previous experiences with other cruise lines.

Cabin Review

Big enough for two, clean and well equipped.
