It is a brand new ship, and for the price we felt it would be good value. We were not disappointed. The ship is big, pretty, and shiny. The food was very good in both the dining room and the galley. We had pizza most evenings after the entertainment was done. The fellows at the Shine bar know how to make an awesome spicy Caesar!! The evening dining room service was excellent with very little waiting time between courses. The gym was large and well stocked with equipment. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy, and were friendly and engaging. The other cruisers were respectful and took Covid protocols seriously.

We spent the majority of our evening time in the Le Cabaret Rouge which is a beautiful 3 tiered venue. They had a show that was the best I've ever seen on a cruise, or on land for that matter. It was a mix of art work, dancers, actors, with a live band, and singers performing popular music. Kelsey Denae was one of the singers. She was very talented, but also friendly and genuine, and often took the time to talk to guests between acts, When the shows was finished the disco would start up in the same lounge with a different theme each evening.

My only complaint is that MSC Canada and MSC USA don't seem to communicate well (we live in Canada and book through MSC Canada). Our drink package, wifi package, and ship board credit took 3 days to be sorted out between the ship administration and MSC Can/Am. Hery in customer service was diligent in following up and fixing this for us which we appreciated. This was a small inconvenience in what was an awesome time!!

Cabin Review

Balcony Aurea

The décor was very appropriate and was tied into the beauty of the ship. It had a huge TV which could be hinged any which way. It was clean, quiet, and was awesome for sleeping as the curtain blocked out 100% of the sun.

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve

This is a an awesome spot. I would actually love to have the ship stay here for the week.
