We have cruised NCL quite a bit, up to Platinum level almost 100 nights. The first thing I really hate about NCL is the upgrade process, probably have tried 30 times most in the good on the meter and nothing. Not that it ever affected our cruise but why start the whole deal with disappointment? It’s a bad idea NCL.

The Encore is a beautiful ship with lots to do, we enjoyed the Thermal Spa the most. Food at Cagney’s and La Bistro was outstanding the rest was just ok.

I can’t say enough about the crew, they worked hard and you couldn’t pass one in the hall without a greeting. They really went all out to please the guest. A+ Read more
