I was excited to be back on the water. The only down was check in. The signs were in the middle of the line and marked 12:00-12:30, 12:30-1 etc instead of 12, 12:30, 1…standing hours in sun was not good. Staff was trying but lacking leadership. I was in cabin 1543 and it was quiet and clean. My cabin steward Ian did a great job. Dining I ate all my breakfast and dinner in Blu. Staff made me feel like a queen. Fabian and Nur took great care of me, but every member in there made me feel special. It was first time in Aquaclass and I was so happy I upgraded my next cruise in January while onboard. The future cruise staff made it seamless. I didn’t get off in Bahamas, but st. Martin and St. Thomas were changed and hurting from lack of tourism. Hope they will get enough business soon. I took a French class with Mark and found it a surprisingly fun class. I will make a point to take the language classes in the future. I liked show Topper, but many people aboard didn’t. In general shows were shows that cast liked, and not songs familiar to most of audience
was quiet and well located for elevator, spa
Still recovering from hurricane and Covid has made people desperate. I went to Orient beach on ship excursion. I didn’t like being masked. People were desperate and pushy because they needed to eat. Hope as ships return this will change
Not the bustling jewel due to Covid. I tried to purchase liquor and machine didn’t work. I took ships buck island turtle snorkel. It was a bit of a disappointment, first time not to see a turtle, and guide didn’t dive an bring up marine life…also significant decrease in fish. Sail was fun.
