This was my first Viking Ocean cruise and I was highly impressed. I have cruised before on several different cruise lines and I was surprised with the intimacy of this cruise. The personal touch started with the Captain and extended itself to the officers, cruise director and many of the passengers. I truly felt special ( a difficult thing to do with 900+ passengers on board).

Our cruise was a segment of a 245 day world cruise and was indeed unique. The food, special dining events and ship entertainment was excellent.

Our dining steward made us feel like family, the beverage manager was fantastic with a most personal touch and the cruise director was most entertaining and hands down the best I have ever experienced on any cruise I have taken before. Read more
